		<description>You are absolutely correct!  Since the city does not have the monetary resource to compensate in indeed there were any actual devaluation (chances are very small) why should they take the risk of doing anything.

Even though the chief petitioner says there is remedy outside of monetary compensation, there is clearly none spelled out in the wording of the measure.  The only remedy is not taking action.  

It will be interesting to see the reaction of those who voted yes and then approach the city about developing their properties.  It will probably be like the folks who received their first Mult. Co. "I" tax bill.  "What's this?"  It's what you voted for, "not me".</description>
